Cynthia Shon is the founder and president of Corporate Games, Inc. Team Building (established in 1992). With a degree in Educational Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, she is a former sales and marketing executive and corporate trainer. An accomplished speaker and advocate of life-long education, Cynthia is a pioneer in developing business workshops that are interactive and engaging. She has written and published articles and manuals on Team Building and has taught workshops on a variety of subjects ranging from “Serious Team Building” to Leadership Skills, Customer Service, Communication Skills and more. A member of MPI (Meeting Professionals International) for more than 19 years, she also served on the Northern California Chapter’s board of directors for four years and was voted “Meeting Professional of the Year” in 1996.
Patty Navarro is a Managing Facilitator for Corporate Games, and has over 20 years experience in corporate meeting facilitation and planning. Previously, Patty held management positions in the hotel/hospitality industry, where she managed staff sizes ranging from 5 to 75 people. Patty has received several Management Awards for her training and leadership skills. Upbeat, friendly, detail oriented and incredibly efficient are just a few of the adjectives that people use to describe her.
Tracy Camicia has been facilitating team building events and team bonding games for Corporate Games, Inc. for over 20 years, and a Managing Associate for 19 of those years, which requires overseeing events in their entirety. She has a Bachelors Degree from UC Santa Barbara.
Melinda Wiley is a former banking executive and personal trainer. She has been a managing facilitator with Corporate Games for over 15 years. Her take-charge, no nonsense attitude keeps everyone energized and on their toes!
